Strawberry Banana Smoothie When You Are Craving Something Sweet

With cold winter nights becoming far and few between, if you find yourself craving something that reminds you of the summer sun, here’s an easy Strawberry Banana Smoothie for when you are really craving something sweet.


  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 fresh banana, peeled
  • 1 cup milk (soy, almond or regular milk – whichever one you like)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, if needed, to sweeten


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and pulse until combined. Serve immediately.
  2. (If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more fruit and/or ice.)
