Recap

Squid Game is a fictional Korean drama in which contestants are supposed to play the children’s games to win a cash prize but the difference is that those who lose the game, lose their life. The weakest link is eliminated and like this whoever survives till the end wins the cash prize. As shocking as the games were, and appaling as the VIPs were, nothing was quite as surprising as Gi-Hun’s final appearance. The director Zapzee in an interview shared that the thought behind dying Gi-Hun’s hair red was a radical, symbolic move. Gi-Hun is angry and the red is designed to channel and reflect that inner rage out.
