  1. Cinnamon Sticks 1 or 2 (he antioxidants in cinnamon have anti-inflammatory effects, which may help lower your risk of disease.)
  2. Mint leaves 5-6 (The leaves contain so many different nutrients, e.g. fibre, vitamin A, Iron and Manganese. This makes the plant brilliant for your immune system)
  3. Cardamon 2-3 (Full of antioxidants, this is a great immune system booster)
  4. Green tea (Polyphenols, potent plant antioxidants, are what’s believed to give green tea its immune-boosting effects. One laboratory study suggested that a particular type of polyphenols called catechins may kill influenza viruses.)
