While the country has been hooked to watching Dilris Ertugrul, Peshawar Zalmi’s owner Javed Afridi has stirred up a whole lot of excitement by suggesting a big crossover between Peshawar Zalmi and Turkish hit show, Dilris Ertugrul.
Javed Afridi first hinted at the possibility of Engin Altan Düzyatan – the actor who plays the titular role in the show, of becoming the team’s brand ambassador. And he then filled the hearts of our people with joy after suggesting that Esra Bilgic, who plays the role of Halime Sultan, could be added to the list of brand ambassadors for the cricket franchise, Peshawar Zalmi.
“What if Ertugrul Ghazi joins Peshawar Zalmi as a brand ambassador,” Afridi said.

And from the looks of it – Esra Bilgic has signed on. Her tweet along with tags of Peshawar Zalmi and Javed Afridi are indicators enough that Javed Afridi has made it happen.
Looks like the people of Pakistan will rush into the Peshawar Zalmi camp whenever cricket returns and PSL is scheduled next.
