Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken – 500 gm
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Tomato Chili Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
- Soya Sauce – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Sauce – 1 Teaspoon
- Egg – 1 Pc
- Maida (all purpose flour) – 2 Tablespoon
- Cornflour – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt – To Taste
- Samosa Wraps 10 Wraps or Noodles
- Oil- For Frying
Directions:
-
Take the samosa wraps and cut them into thin strips. These strips will be used for covering the chicken. If you decide to use noodles instead, just boil them and put them on the side for now.
-
Wash the chicken properly and drain all the water. Cut the chicken into long strips. Squeeze and remove the excess water to make it dry.
-
Now take the chicken in a bowl to marinate with all the ingredients. Keep it aside for at least half an hour. If kept for more time it is better. The longer the chicken marinates, the more juicy and flavourful it will be.
-
Take 1 strip of chicken and lightly roll in samosa threads. Or you can use noodles instead of the samosa wrap. Don’t press as you do in other starters. Roll until the chicken strip is completely covered with threads of samosa sheet or noodles.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Deep fry them until golden brown. It’s crispy and oh so delicious!
Your appetizing Thread Chicken is ready to rock.
