3 Ingredient Piña Colada

Spring is round the corner and the temperature is soaring each day. So here’s a quick and easy recipe of our favourite Piña Colada to keep you cool and fresh. It has no syrups, or artificial sweetners – keep it clean and real with this recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (about 3 cups) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • optional garnishes: fresh pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, cute paper umbrellas

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender, and puree until smooth.  If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add in extra water or coconut milk to help it blend.
  2. Serve immediately, topped with your desired garnishes.
