In a pressure cooker? You got that right. Now if you don’t have a fancy oven, fancy ingredients or top of the line Belgian chocolate, you need not worry. This simple and easy recipe will make your self quarantine time a whole lot more fun.
Ingredients
- Leftover Biscuits/Biscuits from your pantry (2 Cups)
- Milk (1 Cup)
- Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
Directions
- Take your biscuits and blend them. Turn them into a fine powder mix.
- Add milk to this mix and blend it all together.
- Add the baking powder and mix it in.
- Now line your pressure cooker inside (bottom as well as the sides) and then add the butter paper in it. Now apply oil to the butter paper too.
- Pour your cake mix into the pressure cooker.
- Place your pressure cooker on a tawwa or griddle on low heat for 40 Mins.
- Once done, you can be extra sure to check if the batter is all cooked together by pushing a toothpick into the cake. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready.
- Turn the cooker over and let the cake slide out.
