Cream macaroni salad

Cream macroni salad is very easy to make and gets ready in no timr. Do try it out in Iftar!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Mustard sauce
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Black peoper
1/4 cup Milk
Apples
Sweetcorns, cabbage,lettuce, capsicum
Boiled macroni

Take one cup mayyonaise and half cup cream and add 1 tbsp mustard sauce in it. Mix 2 tbsp brown sugar and add 1 tsp black pepper. Whisk everything well until well combined adding 1/4 cup milk in it. You can add more milk to achieve thick consistency. Then add apples, sweer cornf, lettucr, capsicum, cabbage and boiled macroni mixing everything well. Referigerate it well to serve it cold.

Dhaka fried chicken

Dhaka fried chicken is one of the delicious recipes to try out this ramadan and turns out delicious when prepared.

Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon Crushed chilli
3 table spoons Sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
1 cup cornflour
2 tbsp soyasauce
1 egg
2 lemons
Marinate all the mixture for 1-2 hours for a scrumptious taste. Then, fry it on low to medium flame.
Delicious Dhaka fried chicken is ready for iftar.

Chicken Malai boti Samosa

Chicken malai boti samosas are one thing you must try this Ramadan. These appetizing samosas are prepared easily with ingredients already available at our home.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken mince
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Mayyonaise 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp

Mix the mixture well and set aside for 15-20 minutes. Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken mince. Cook it with lid on for good 20 minutes. Fill the samosa patti with the mixture and fry in medium flame until golden brown.
