Saudi Arabia Has Gifted 150 Tonnes of Dates to the Pakistan, to be Distributed to the Needy

No pandemic on Earth can stop Saudi Arabia from gifting Pakistan it’s annual lot of dates.

The Saudi Embassy in Pakistan delivered 150 tonnes of dates on Tuesday as a gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, ahead of Ramzan.

The gift was given Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman as brotherly gesture and the same has been handed over by Saudi Ambassador in Pakistan Admiral (Retd) Nawaf bin Said Al-Maliki and director King Salman Relief Dr Khalid M Usmani to Brigadier Tahir Rasheed, Director General Cabinet Division on behalf of the government of Pakistan here.

The dates will be distributed among the needy in Pakistan and distribution will be done by the recipient government.

The ceremony was attended by the Director of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Branch in, Pakistan Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Othmani.
