As if we didn’t love the entire cast of ‘Diriliş:Ertuğrul’ enough already!
A video of the lead actor of the show, who plays ottoman ruler Ertuğrul himself, has been making the rounds on social media and for good reason.
In the video, the star is heard saying ‘Dil dil Pakistan, Jaan Jaan pakistan’, followed by ‘Mera apko salaam Pakistan‘:

The iconic song was sung by the late Junaid Jamshed and released by Vital Signs in 1987 and has even been called the second national anthem of Pakistan on occasion.

Following PM Imran Khan’s announcement to air an Urdu dubbed version of ‘Diriliş: Ertuğrul’ on PTV Home, the shows fans have only continued to grow more and more, to the point where the social media accounts of the actors involved in the show have been flooded by the love and praise(in most cases) by Pakistani fans.
We’re glad to see the love is not just one sided and the Turkish stars are responding positively and showering their fans in Pakistan with love in return!
