Sky News Presenter Saima Mohsin Married in Secret Ceremony Surrounded by Family and Celebrity Friends

A Day of Tradition and Elegance

Sky News Presenter Saima Mohsin married Piotr Pacia in a private ceremony at an 18th century manor house on a country estate in Hampshire.

Saima sparkled in a traditional outfit in gold, cream, set with crystals and rose gold embroidery. Piotr, who is originally from Poland, wore a Pakistani Sherwani.

The couple had a Muslim Nikkah ceremony in the stunning grade II-listed building set within 120 acres countryside, with a lake, swans and peacocks.

A Star-Studded Affair

Guests included ITV’s Loose Woman & Newsreader Charlene White, BBC Meteorologist Elizabeth Rizzini & BBC Security Correspondent Frank Gardner.

Guests had flown in for the private ceremony from the US, Paris, Poland, Switzerland & Marseilles. The couple chose to have a private & phone free ceremony with only their closest family & friends.

A Feast to Remember

The couple’s families and friends dined on a sumptuous 3 course Pakistani meal catered by Asian Curry Award 2024 Best Newcomer winner Guru-Ji. The menu included chicken tikka, lamb seekh kebabs & chilli paneer for starters.

The main course included lamb Rogan Josh, chicken Dhansak, and Grandma’s Chicken Curry, paired with Saima’s Pakistani-family aromatic lamb pilau rice. Dessert featured gulab jamun and almond kulfi.

Saima and Piotr: A Love Story Decades in the Making

Saima, 48, presents Sky News Today with Saima Mohsin on the channel bringing her years of experience in the field to Sky’s viewers & coverage. Before joining Sky News Saima was an International Correspondent who has reported from 28 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East & USA. Saima recently won the Kathy Gannon Legacy Award for her integrity, courage, and an unyielding commitment to truth in her almost 3 decades long career in journalism. Piotr, 43, has his own business and has been friends with the TV presenter for more than 10 years.

Looking Ahead

The couple had a picture-perfect wedding and plan to honeymoon in Australia.
