Try Our Easy Detox Smoothies (With No Fancy Ingredients!)

Detox Smoothie is like drinking a liquid vitamin! Especially with the ongoing pandemic it is vital to keep your immunity up. The ingredients in these smoothies are carefully selected to fill your body with nutrition, without using any specialty powders or expensive supplements.

These natural smoothies can help to support your body’s detox organs, including the kidneys, liver and skin. So take out your blender and let’s get started!

Smoothie – 1

1/2 cup water (or orange juice)

1 green apple

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 inch fresh ginger – peeled and minced

1 cup fresh spinach

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve right away. You can add a few ice cubes for a cold, refreshing drink.

 

Smoothie – 2

1 cup frozen peach slices

1 cup Greek yogurt, unsweetened

¼ cup oatmeal

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup almond milk

1 cup baby spinach

Add all of the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and serve.

 

Smoothie – 3

½ cup strawberries

½ cup blueberries

¼ cup raspberries

2 cups spinach

Add all the ingredients to the blender and close. Blend until smooth, adding a little bit of water as needed for desired consistency. Pour into a glass and drink up!
