This weekend Salmis and Eternal Art Archive bring you an exhibit like no other. Eternal Art Archive is a curator of global art, presented to you locally. They have exquisite paintings and sculptures collected from all over the world, and many things by local artisans. Salmis is one of the oldest and most respected furniture stores in Karachi, and the official partner of Natuzzi in Pakistan. Together, they hand-picked five companies to collaborate with them to bring you the Eid Art Show.
The show features Eternal Art Archive’s collection set against the contemporary luxe furniture at Salmis. They have included a great selection of home accessories by their favorite vendors in Karachi. After all it is your art and accessories that bring your personality to the home. The fresh smell of Colish room scents fills the air. Sitting proud on the Natuzzi leather sofas are Fauzia Hayat’s embroidered cushions. Breathing life into the space are Sanfarina Design Studio’s planters, perfect for indoors and outdoors. Breaking up the monotony of your floors are rugs by EWC Interiors. Add a little drama with the glamorous décor by Mandarin Home. Top it all off with beautiful marble serve-ware by Artisinal Stoneware.
The whole show comes together so well that you would be surprised it is an exhibit brought to you by eight different collaborators. Their synergy will make you want to buy the entire set up, so make sure you visit. They will be open Saturday, 25th May and Sunday 26th May, from 12 noon to 12 midnight. Salmis is located at 10 – C Stadium Lane 1, Off Khe Shamsheer, Phase 5 DHA.
