Got frizzy hair? Not to worry! Hoor Ahsan shares her solutions for shiny, healthy and frizz free hair!

After moving to a place like Karachi, it felt impossible for a curly head like me to survive. The air in this city sucks the moisture right out of my hair, leaving them dry, dead, brittle and super frizzy. Depressing right? After trying and testing various home remedies & market products, I’ve finally come up with the perfect solution for the revival of shiny, healthy & frizz free hair. Yay! And, yes you can thank me later!

Out of the many home remedies I’ve tried, coconut & olive oil have worked best for me; they’re just SO hydrating. When shampooing your hair, make sure you spend some time massaging the scalp to really get the blood circulation going. Once that’s done, make sure to use a nice moisturizing conditioner all over the hair and leave it on for 3-5 minutes. It’s vital for your parched hair. Towel-dry your hair by putting them up in a turban; that’ll squeeze out the excess water. A small amount of olive or coconut oil nicely distributed all over the hair can also work as a serum. Just make sure you don’t make your scalp greasy.

Hot Oil Treatment is another incredibly helpful remedy for hair fall and taming of frizz. All you have to do is warm up olive oil, but only to a point where it’s warm. I know the treatment is called “hot” oil but what they meant was warm oil treatment. You could burn your scalp if the oil is too hot. Spread the warm oil thoroughly in your hair and begin to massage it for good 5-10 minutes. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse. Voila! Frizz free hair.

The shampoo and conditioner you use can make all the difference in the world. After trying a bazillion anti frizz shampoos and watching them miserably fail at their job, I had given up until one day, when I went to a salon and was recommended the Loreal Liss Unlimited shampoo and conditioner. I’m so terribly dependent on these products now because the Keratin Oil Complex in these products is the only thing that calms my rebellious hair fully. The conditioner can be used as a hair mask too. Great stuff! Worth every penny!

After my hair are washed crystal clean with the Loreal products, put a small amount of Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco onto your locks. Its extra penetrating qualities are what makes dry and course hair silky and soft! Once the serum is fully absorbed, the luster is restored and your hair is fully revived! You’ll never feel ashamed to show your natural hair ever again. These were few but a 100% successful ways of taming frizzy hair. Hope this helps all those curly damsels in distress.

Can you please share the price of these two items and place to buy?

The shampoo and conditioner is available at any salon or store but the Moroccan oil is available abroad. Haven’t found it here yet. But you can use any Argan oil which would be just as good:)!!!
